5. FEES AND PURCHASE TERMS

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, USA for the resolution of any disputes.
